(Grant Development Assistant)

Our complete services include: grant writing, grant review, grant research, business plan writing, strategic planning, development of evaluation and outcome measurements, development of collaborative partnerships, and general business consulting. Why undertake an internship?
An internship will provide you with real world experiences with writing in a professional setting. You will acquire work-related experiences in the grant writing/development arena. An internship will provide you with a better idea of what you can do in the field.

Details/Responsibilities:
Participate as part of the JAE Enterprises, Inc. development team in developing and implementing funding strategies and timelines. Research grant programs and write funding applications. Edit draft applications for accuracy, completeness and clarity in accordance with specific grant requirements. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible databases.

Skills:
Candidates must commit to a minimum of 3 months. Intern should have: working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; excellent organizational, written, and oral skills; and the ability to work under pressure.

JAE Enterprises, Inc. provides training for individuals seeking to learn or improve their grant writing skills. Only one intern is accepted quarterly. The tuition for this learning opportunity is $2,800.
